What this covers
These terms cover this website and the Perplace private beta. By sending a request or using the site you accept them. If you are agreeing for a company, you confirm you can do so.
The beta and your request
Perplace is an unfinished product in private beta. Sending a request does not create a contract and does not guarantee access. Access is granted in small batches, at our discretion, and every request gets an answer.
Pilots
A pilot is agreed per project, in writing, before it starts: the place, the use case, the deliverables, the delivery format and the price. Pilots are paid. Terms agreed with the first clients stay with them for later work.
Your inputs
You keep the rights you already hold in the material you send us — references, addresses, briefs, images. You confirm you are allowed to share it and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We use it to build your pilot and for nothing else.
What you receive
You may use the outputs delivered in a pilot — scenes, exports, world model data — in your own projects, commercially included, as far as the pilot agreement says. The generator, the tooling and the model behind them stay ours.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site or the beta to break the law, to infringe someone else’s rights, to attempt to extract or resell the generator as your own service, or to probe or overload the infrastructure. We may end access if that happens.
Availability
The beta can change, break or be paused without notice. We do not commit to uptime and we do not keep backups of anything you have not been delivered.
No warranty
The site and the beta are provided as they are, with no warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Generated worlds may contain errors, gaps or geometry that needs review before it is used for anything with consequences.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything related to a pilot is limited to the amount you paid for that pilot. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost work or lost profit.
Ending it
You can stop using the site and the beta at any time. We can end access if these terms are broken, or if the beta is wound down, with a reasonable notice by email.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and the courts of Jakarta have jurisdiction.
